Foundation / Corporation
Blue Mountain Community Foundation (BMCF)
Grants to Oregon and Washington nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and churches in eligible counties for general operating support. Funding is intended to address challenges due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and floods. Eligible applicants are those serving the counties of Umatilla (Oregon), Walla Walla, Garfield, and Columbia (Washington).
BMCF has made changes to the discretionary grants program to address the challenges faced by the nonprofit community in the wake of the pandemic and floods. For the 2020 cycle, discretionary grants will be short term, general operating grants focusing on food/hunger, housing/homelessness, physical/mental health, and child care/wellbeing. This opportunity is intended to assist nonprofit organizations in the service areas identified above in continuing to operate during the pandemic and enable them to readjust so that they may reopen or expand programming when it is allowable to do so.
