SUCCESS RESULTS IN: (1) A SAFER COMMUNITY; (2) THE REUNIFICATION OF FAMILIES AND CHILDREN; (3) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE RELEASED OFFENDER AS A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL FOR HIS/HER CHILDREN; AND (4) CITIZENS WHO PAY TAXES AND ARE CONTRIBUTING, PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
