GOAL OF HUG PATROL IS TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY RESPONDERS THROUGHOUT NATION WITH A SUPPLY OF NEW, UNUSED STUFFED ANIMALS TO HELP EASE PAIN AND FEAR OF CHILDREN IN TRAUMATIZING SITUATIONS. THROUGH DECEMBER 2020, WE HAVE PURCHASED 3,044 STUFFED ANIMALS. DISTRIBUTIONS STARTED IN 2015, AND WE WERE ABLE TO DISTRIBUTE 2,554 STUFFED ANIMALS FROM 2015 THROUGH 2020. DONATIONS FROM PUBLIC OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS ARE WELCOME. WE PURCHASE HIGHEST QUALITY, NEW STUFFED ANIMALS FOR THIS PROGRAM. WE WILL WORK DIRECTLY WITH FIRE, POLICE AND MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS TO FULFILL THEIR NEEDS REGARDING SIZE AND PACKAGING FOR STUFFED ANIMALS.
