BEF RAISES MONEY TO PROVIDE HANDS-ON INNOVATIVE ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT AND ADVANCEMENT PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS THAT GO BEYOND NORMAL SCHOOL FUNDING AT ALL 54 PUBLIC SCHOOLS. BEF MOBILIZES COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO ENSURE THAT OUR STUDENTS HAVE EQUITABLE OPPORTUNITIES TO REACH THEIR BRIGHTEST FUTURE. OUR VISION IS THAT EVERY STUDENT IS INSPIRED AND PREPARED FOR THEIR BRIGHTEST FUTURE.

WAS FORMED AS AN ORGANIZATIONAL ARM OF NLC IN ORDER TO SPEARHEAD FUNDRAISING EFFORTS AND DESIGN CERTAIN TUTORING SERVICES AND PROGRAMS TO CARRY OUT THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION. WILL HIRE NLC AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR TO IMPLEMENT AND DELIVER THESE TUTORING PROGRAMS TO STUDENTS.
